Areas of Interest: Dr. Clark's research focuses on discovering the molecular pathogenic pathways involved in glaucomatous damage to the trabecular meshwork, optic nerve head, retinal ganglion cells and axons, and vision centers in the brain. These discoveries are leading to rational disease modifying therapies that prevent and/or reverse glaucoma damage to the eye and brain.
