If your membership to a WGA affiliated glaucoma society is not listed on the Relationships tab, you may use the form below to indicate of which WGA affiliated glaucoma society you are a member.
After submission, the secretary of the society is notified and confirmation is requested. After approval, you will find your society membership listed under the relationship tab.
